Pan
Am brought us together
WorldWings keeps us together
World
Wings was chartered in 1959 and is a non-profit organization uniting
members and chapters by working together in civic, charitable,
welfare and cultural activities. All members receive our news
magazine, Jet Wings, the WWI Membership Directory, information
on regional and international functions, and an invitation to
our Annual Convention. Chapters meet monthly to conduct business,
work on local projects, and to just have fun!
"The
World's Most Experienced" lives on in all us! We think Pan
Am flight attendants are very special people. That's why we're
inviting you to join World Wings International, Inc., (WWI), the
dynamic organization of former Pan Am flight attendants with a
global network of friendship, community service, and mutual support.
2,000 women and men throughout the world enjoy the benefits of
WWI membership. We proudly claim 35 chapters and hundreds of Members-At-Large,
(MAL). Regardless of where you live, WWI membership provides opportunities
for helping others while building friendships, both old and new.
The
highlight of each year is our exciting convention. Cities around
the world host this autumn reunion that combines business with
pleasure for members and friends. Once you attend, you'll never
want to miss being a part of the decision making along with a
fascinating series of well-planned events.

You can make a differenceÉ
Since its charter, World Wings has contributed millions of dollars
to benefit others in need. Each chapter supports a local charity
of its choice through a variety of social and sporting events.
A percentage of all funds raised is donated to CARE, World Wings'
international charity. Started after World War II to provide relief
in the form of CARE packages, many of which were gratefully received
by WWI members and their families, CARE has evolved into the world's
largest private relief and development organization with humanitarian
programs in more than 50 countries. Mostly well known for its
work to help people survive and recover from disasters, CARE devotes
the majority of its resources to long-term, grass roots efforts
that empower individuals to make lasting improvements in their
lives. World Wings' own history of outreach and compassion, along
with the international makeup and experience of its members, combine
naturally for a strong partnership with CARE www.care.org
